Refund Policy

Online24mart is a Uk based reseller platform. We source all our products from trusted and authorised suppliers/manufacturers. Online24mart doesn’t produce any products and doesn’t have any control over product quality and other standards. We stock the product based on market needs and customer demands.

We take all the responsibilities of delivering your ordered products to your doorstep. If you receive your goods in such a state that they are damaged or not functioning properly, you need to contact us as early as possible after receiving your goods to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please quote your order number when contacting us.

You have the right to cancel your order until we hand over the order to the courier. We won’t be able to accept your cancellation request if the order is already with the courier. Please note our usual cut-off time is 10 am every morning on weekdays.

You can also return the product within 28 days of receiving it if you have changed your mind or you don’t like it. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost. We are here to guide you through the return process. Please note you return the goods in NEW and resalable condition. Online24mart has the right to refuse to accept any returned goods if they feel so the item is not in resalable condition.
